Our name comes from a tool used by cobblers to hammer leather for high-quality shoes. The lap stone is a crucial part of the process in delivering a superior product.  While we may not be in the shoe industry, a great deal of the concepts are transferrable. The consistency and quality delivered by a cobbler using a lap stone, is the same consistency and quality we aim to deliver on our client's projects. Since our inception in 2018, our focus has always been our client's success. With our extensive network and in-house construction management team, LapStone is able to deliver a successful project from acquisition to stabilization.
