Lapstone Capital is a fully vertically integrated development firm. We manage acquisitions, land development, construction management, stabilization, and property management all in-house. Lapstone Capital is the syndication arm of Lapstone Construction, where we raise equity from Limited Partners and build assets that will outlive us. We offer all of our services outside of our syndicated deal on a fee-based structure.

ACQUISITIONS

We find deals off-market and on-market. The Lapstone brand has spent years to build its reputation. Over the years, countless realtors, wholesalers, and lenders have crossed paths with a property that was built or rehabbed by Lapstone. Our deep ties in the community make us top of mind for many off and on-market deals in this relational business. We also have an in-house realtor who has access to the MLS and aligned incentives.
CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT​
With Lapstone Construction being our in-house GC, their incentives are aligned to quote accurately, build effectively with cost and longevity in mind, with the utmost speed and care.
DEVELOPMENT​
With our network of Architects, Zoning Attorneys, and Engineers, we have the network and experience to get a parcel of land or building through the entitlement process and to a shovel-ready status.
STABILIZATION &
LONG-TERM MANAGEMENT
With in-house leasing and lending partners, we are able to take that new build to a cashflowing asset with equity pulled out and ready for the next deal. Leaning on the network of Lapstone Construction, we have extremely effective property management in place to maintain the care of the buildings we build.
